4. Your friend gets €10,- off on the first order
5. You get €10,- worth of credit in your Jake account

Refer a friend - FAQ

You can refer any friends that haven’t ordered at Jake before, samples included. Please don’t share your code to the public – codes found on e.g. coupon websites will be blocked by the system.

Your referral code is automatically loaded into the pre-baked Facebook- or email-message. You can also find your referral code in your Jake account, under “referrals”.

If you’ve already placed an order as a guest, you’ll still need to create an account in order to get your referral code. Once you’ve made your account, send a message to our Customer Service team. They’ll be happy to assign you a personal referral code asap.

If you’ve earned Jake credits, simply log in to your account before you place your next order. The credits will be automatically applied to any order with an order amount above €50. If your credit exceeds your order amount, your order will be free and the excess credit will be stored in your account for your next order(s).

If you have a subscription, your referral credits will be automatically applied to your next renewal. If your credit exceeds the order amount, your order will be free and the excess credit will be stored in your account for your next renewal(s).
