Custom duties and Additional Fees

If the country you’re looking for is not listed in here, please do not hesitate to contact us about the possibilities.

  • For the EU: there are no additional costs.
  • For the US: a brokerage fee of may apply (around 12-15USD)
  • For Switzerland: Import duties of 0.935 CHF/kg + brokerage fee (min. 21 CHF + 7,7% VAT) may apply. Orders over 200 CHF will be levied with an additional 2,5% Swiss VAT.
  • For Norway: 15% Norwegian VAT + import duties of 32 NOK/kg + a processing fee of NOK 331 will be levied.
  • For Canada: 10,5% import duties + brokerage fee (C$10-26) + HST/GST/PST will be levied.

While UPS ships all orders from outside the EU. For the shipping of all orders from outside the EU, we work together with UPS. They will make sure that your healthy, vegan Jake products will be delivered to you as fast as possible. UPS is also constantly focused on reducing the environmental impact of the delivery of your Jake orders.

DPD

We’d like to introduce the company that delivers all EU orders to your doorstep: DPD. Like UPS, they are also striving to be as responsible as possible when it comes to sustainability. DPD is reducing their impact on climate change and has been carbon neutral since 2012.

DHL

DHL also delivers all packages within the EU to your doorstep. DHL takes their leadership role in global logistics seriously and they want to lead the industry towards a greener and more sustainable future.
